DEPOSIT  AND CANCELLATION POLICY     The deposit required to reserve your date is $1,000 and, in the event of a cancellation, will be refunded as follows:

If for any reason you must cancel the event, $800 of your deposit is non-refundable.  The remaining $200 shall be refunded only with cancellations made, IN WRITING, 180 days or  more prior to your event date.  A written cancellation notification is required or you will be responsible for payment of the entire facility rental fee.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT    A $300 damage deposit will be required 15 days prior to the event  as well as the balance of the grounds fee.  This damage deposit shall be refunded 7 days after the event if it is determined that no damage has occurred, and there are no other charges due.
